How LeadKestrel works
LeadKestrel is not uptime monitoring. It checks whether a customer can actually reach you.
1. We visit your website
Just like a real prospective customer — on desktop and mobile, running a real browser rather than a simple ping.
2. We test the customer journey
Contact forms, quote requests, WhatsApp buttons, phone links and booking flows are all exercised as a real visitor would use them.
3. We verify the lead reaches you
LeadKestrel generates a unique test inbox for each journey and confirms the notification email actually arrives — not just that the form said "thank you".
4. We confirm before alerting
A failure is retried before an incident is raised, so a one-off network blip doesn't turn into a false alarm.
5. We alert you, in plain English
No selectors, no HTTP codes — "the enquiry appeared to submit, but the email never reached the test inbox", with a screenshot as evidence.
